2. Passing the target entitles you to a payout of $200 per sign-up.
3. Webmasters that don’t reach their target, will be rewarded $100 for every sign-up.
4. Webmaster needs to send a minimum of 2 sign up to be eligible for the $200 payout, i.e. you receive $200 only from the 3rd signup.
